This interactive seminar is designed to help decision makers better plan and manage in a period of unprecedented change-radical change. This seminar is offered by the firm to non-consultant's from a variety of professional backgrounds as well as to internal consultants and entry level consultants who wish to improve their consulting skills. It is also an excellent experience for those seeking to make a career change by moving into consulting from their current professions. The seminar is designed to help professionals develop their consulting skills and practices as well as a systematic consulting approach (service delivery model).
